Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original Funky Fit packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
